The Dutch crane driver Focco Van Slooten guided the Asian Hercules II, the biggest floating crane in Europe, down stream towards the Tyne bridge onto it's finale resting place. 20 November 2000. The bridge links a 1 billion pounds of new development, heritage, culture, and attractions to both sides of the Tyne.
